About Me

Benbury Wood, Jr., a native of Edenton, NC, has been in the real estate business since 1990. Before beginning his real estate career, Ben graduated with a degree in History from North Carolina State University and went on to teach at his high school alma mater, Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, Virginia. Since entering the world of real estate sales, Wood earned the GRI designation from the North Carlina Real Estate Education Foundation and the CRS designation from the Council of Residential Specialist. He served as President of the Elizabeth City Board of REALTOR now the Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS in 1994 and was selected by his peers as REALTOR of the Year in both 1994 and 1998. Ben is dedicated to serving his customers with honesty and integrity and he looks forward to help you with your next real estate transaction.
