I've had my license with William E. Wood & Assoc. since January of 1989, specializing initially in the re-sale market. By the Fall of 1994 I realized that I had a knack for new construction sales, and ever since then I've concentrated on builder representation. In 2007 I was asked by the Manager and Director of New Homes for William E. Wood & Associates to assist my fellow agents as an Agent Team Leader---a very exciting promotion! I guess what they've realized is that I enjoy helping people buy a new home, I truly love what I do for a living, and it shows!
