I am an active agent in three real estate marketing regions: the Albemarle, the Outer Banks and the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and Virginia. I am a member of three REALTOR Multi Listing Services (AAAR, REIN & OBAR) and a member of the REALTOR associations in Northeastern North Carolina (AAAR) & Southeastern Virginia (HRRA).
Over the past six years in real estate, I have closed approximately 300 real estate transactions and listed over 150 separate properties. These properties have been primarily residential homes but also include commercial properties and vacant lots. I have received the Rising Star award from the North Carolina Association of REALTORS for my performance as a new REALTOR and numerous company awards. I have been a top performer within my company each of the last six years.
I have also served on the Board of Directors of the Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS and held office as Secretary/Treasurer, President-Elect and President for the Association.
I hold a bachelors degree from the University of South Florida. I spent 16 successful years in management in the textile industry in North and South Carolina. I have a North Carolina commercial fishing license and fished flounder commercially in Currituck Sound for five years.
I believe that the best service I can provide my buyer and seller clients is accurate, straight forward valuation information based on current market activity, my specific knowledge of the areas I deal most often in and the willingness to explore and analyze new areas and opportunities.
I work Monday through Saturday and am available by phone everyday. I look forward to being your real estate agent.
