Getting to the closing table - sounds simple enough but, in today's market, the challenges buyers and sellers are faced with can be daunting. With experience as a sales agent, a managing broker and now an associate broker, I have what it takes to successfully get my clients to that closing table.
Not only do I bring over 20 years of real estate experience and knowledge to each and every transaction, I have the resources and expertise to assist clients with individual needs such as: downsizing to enjoy retirement in an adult community, dealing with estates and aging parents, company and military relocations, first time buyers, upgrading to take advantage of today's affordable prices and rates and investing in homes to create a future for your retirement and your children.
Why do I do this job, what makes me tick? I find beauty in simple things, especially in music and the visual arts. My own home is my sanctuary. Puttering in the garden, tending to my orchids, or painting my kitchen a new color, are all part of what adds beauty to my world while giving me a sense of peace, comfort and joy each time I walk through my front door. This is exactly why I love what I do! When clients tell me they experience the same feelings, I know it's all worth it.
