Currently, there are great home bargains in many neighborhoods, including Cypress Creek, Gatling Pointe, Wellington, and Eagle Harbor around Isle of wight.

I continue to monitor the ongoing actions withing the U.S. Congress on extending and expanding the current $8,000 tax rebate/incentive for first-time buyers. It appears likely for passage and expansion to repeat home buyers. The current first-time buyer incentive of $8,000 expires on 12/1/2009. Remember, this is cash to your pocket without any repayment and is great for buyers.
