I am an enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated professional with over 13 years new homes experience. The numerous designations I have received include: CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CMP (Certified Marketing Professional), MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I have maintained various positions with the select professional affiliations----VPAR, HRRA, and PHBA. My awards for outstanding sales efforts include the following awards: Platinum, Gold Hammer, Silver Nail, and Bronze. As the wife of a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer, I understand the frustrations and joys of military moves with and without children. I am now at a point in my life and career that my focus is now on completing the requirements and obtaining my Brokers License as a short term goal. Land acquisition and development in planned communities has always interested me. My long term goal is to learn and master the fundamental aspects of acquiring and developing as a sales consultant.
