About Me

About Me I am a Realtor with William E. Wood and now a part of the mother/daughter real estate team, Team Germanos of the Kempsville office. I have been a citizen of Virginia Beach since I was 4 years old - a very long time! I am a graduate of Kellam High School.

I work with both buyers and sellers. My goal is to make the home buying and selling process as smooth and stress free for my clients as possible. For my military clients, I offer a cash rebate after closing ($500 to $1500 depending on the sales price). I offer the "Talking House" to my sellers, which is a new technology that enables potential buyers to pull up in from of my listing and listen to a radio broadcast about the home. We now also offer solar power lights for our for sale signs so contact numbers can be read at night. Our listings are featured in the Real Estate Digest, America online, AOLlocal, MSN, Nestscape, NetZero, Excite, Juno, Compuserve, IBS, iWon, Realestate, The Wall Street Journal, Google,com, Lending Tree, RealEstate.com, Homegain.com, homeValues.com, Virginia Pilot, Zillow, Trulia, and Craig's List. I treat my clients with the utmost respect and can be reached seven days a week. A special thank you to all of my past clients for making last year my best year in real estate so far. I won one of the Selling Rookie of the Year awards and made the Circle of Excellence Silver award. It was a great year in a down market and I look forward to an even better one in 2008!
