Welcome to the Franklin Office of William E. Wood and Associates, Realtors. We are proud to serve the Franklin, Smithfield, Isle of Wight, Surry, Southampton County, and Suffolk communities from this location.

 We are excited about the growth we have seen in the surrounding area and within our own office since we opened our doors for business in 2003. Within six months of our grand opening we moved to our current location on Armory Drive as our office quickly grew from 2 agents to 12! We anticipate continued growth as we look to increase our office space once again and add more great agents to support the communities we serve.
