As the manager of the Laskin Road office I have certain beliefs regarding running a successful office. I Believe....

• that a large part of my job is to create an environment that is positive, professional and efficiently developed to help agents reach their full potential.
• that a sales manager and the office should be thought of as a safe harbor in a storm from all the problems that are encountered outside the office.
• that from time to time we all encounter adversity and our attitude towards that adversity plays a great part in the outcome.
• that without a business plan that is worked consistently, the chances for someone to achieve a top level of income in real estate is limited.
• that we are all here to help one another and to attempt to go it alone is to ignore the greatest resource available.
• that if a person is serious about growing their real estate business, the Laskin Road office is the place to be.
