Welcome to my site! I'm Julia Brennan and I sell homes with William E. Wood & Associates. I have been a Real Estate Broker in Virginia since 1975 and a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina since 1994 when we moved to Currituck, NC. Living in Carolina has been a "Dream Come True". Sunrises are gorgeous and each phase of the moon across the water is absolutely spectacular. I live in this beautiful place with my husband, Jack and our 2 children, Patrick Owen who is 19 and has grown up on the water and Carrie Leigh who is 11 and loves "tubing". My long real estate career has been very exciting and enjoyable. I have met some of the most wonderful people in the world. My husband and I have made lifelong friends through the real estate business. The best part of my job is finding that special home for a family.
