In 2002, my Real Estate career begin as a Site Administrator for one of Hampton Roads respected and top builder. In 2004, I acquired a Virginia Real Estate license to go on to work at Hampton Roads top Real Estate firm. Being familiar with the Peninsula and the Southside has put no limit to where I can assist clients. As a CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional), I have extensive training in the new construction process. My expertise is not limited to new homes sales, I have experience in helping buyers find their dream home and sellers to put their home on the market. My diverse background in new home sales and existing home sales is an advantage to any client. It is important to have knowledge of today's market trends and the ever changing mortgage programs. As a member-at-large on the Sales and Marketing Council, and being a member of National Association of Home builders, the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, and the Real Estate Information Network I am able to do the best at serving my clients. My previous negotiating experience as a Labor Representative for ten years is an advantage to clients. I believe it is important to invest in our community and our future. I actively volunteer with local organizations and has previous served as Spokesperson and President of my civic organization by providing academic and recreational activities.
