About Me

Licensed in 1986, Kim has been a full time Realtor specializing in listings, sales and new construction. After working with a Savings and Loan Company she decided to pursue a Real Estate career in her husband's family owned Real Estate and Construction business who had served the Albemarle area for over 35 years. During that time period the company also made real estate investments on the Outer Banks and built and sold new constructed homes.

Kim is married to C.M. Chappell Jr. and they have one son, Calvin Marshall Chappell III. C.M. is a N.C. licensed building Contractor who has a superior reputation in construction of new homes on the Outer Banks and in the Albemarle area. Together they have built and sold investment homes on the Outer Banks and the Albemarle area. Kim knows first hand what a client needs when buying and selling investment property! She will assist you from the beginning process to the end. Due to her loyalty and trust, she builds a long term friendship with her buyers and sellers.
