About Me

I have been licensed in Virginia since 1999. I received my North Carolina license in 2002. I left a small firm in Poquoson, Virginia in the spring of 2002 and came to William E. Wood in the Great Bridge office. I then made the move to 'Carolina and the Moyock office in July of 2003. I am now located in the Outer Banks Office located at MP 5 3/4 in Kill Devil Hills. I serve Hampton Roads, Virginia and Northeast North Carolina including the Outer Banks.

I call Kill Devil Hills home with my dog Daffney and my cat Pumpkin. I have one son who graduated from Poquoson High School in 2002 and an April 2006 graduate of NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC. Chris decided to remain in Mooresville to persue his automotive career. I am engaged to Joe Etheridge, a third generation Currituck County farmer and look forward to making Currituck County "home" soon.

I enjoy the Outer Banks and fishing the surf. I am a member of the Finz and Grinz Surf Fishing Team and we compete in several tournaments every year. I am also a Director of the North Carolina Beach Buggy Association and a member of the Nags Head Surf Fishing Club. The Outer Banks still enjoys the privilege of driving on the beaches.
