I joined the Property Management team of William E. Wood & Associates in early 1998. I have been a Property Manager for over 20 years. In 2000, I received the designation of CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER (CPM)through The Institue of Real Estate Management(IREM). IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors world wide. As a CPM, I have been trained to handle the full range of real estate management tasks, with skills covering the financial, legal, social, economic and physical areas essential to property performance. In addition to my CPM, I am a member of the William E. Wood PRESIDENT'S CLUB; and hold the DISTINGUISHED PROPERTY MANAGER award from the Tidewater Association of Realtor's since 1999. I look forward to talking with you on how best I may be of service.
