About our Office

The Little Creek William E. Wood and Associates office is situated just a few miles from Ocean View, East Beach, The Chesapeake Bay and the Norfolk International Airport. The office opened in 1986 and has been successful in helping buyers, sellers and investors purchase and sell single family homes, condo's, new construction, investment, and bank owned real estate.

Norfolk is the home of the world largest Naval Base as well as the regions primary business district. The Little Creek William E.
