The Lynnhaven office is ideally located in the central part of Virginia Beach and serves the entire Tidewater area. This office offers one stop shopping with a Towne Mortgage Loan officer in the office full time along with a closing agent from Heritage Title. It has over 40 agents with an average of 12 plus years of experience and managed by a broker with over 27 years of experience. She is also the President of the William E. Wood Foundation — the charitable arm of the company. Our agents have heart and are spouses of military, retired or former military, teachers, business owners and many who have lived here their whole lives. The Virginia Beach area is centrally located in the Tidewater Area that offers a great variety of lifestyles. It is most widely known for the lovely beaches and boardwalk area and a great place to take a family vacation. It also offers a study of marine life in the Virginia Museum and Marine Science Center. The other attraction in the area is the Naval Air Station, Oceana and the Dam Neck Annex. You will see lots of bumper stickers that say "I LOVE JET NOISE" and you will know you are in Virginia Beach!! The Military Aviation Museum is a privately run and located in the Pungo area of Virginia Beach and is the home of many World War I and World War II vintage aircraft — that fly on occasion for special events. The Town Center of Virginia Beach is a fairly new addition to the community full of a variety of fine restaurants, shopping and luxury living condos. The Sandler Center is also where many fine cultural events throughout the year are held. The Virginia Beach community also has several large box shopping malls — one in Pembroke and one in the Lynnhaven area and a large variety of other shopping centers located throughout the city that offer convenience and variety.

The Arts and Culture are also celebrated in our nearby city of Norfolk with The Chrysler Museum of Art, Norfolk Scope and the many Broadway Productions offered through Seven Venues, The Virginia Zoological Park, Norfolk Botanical Gardens with seasonal events for families and garden lovers, The Norfolk Naval Base and the waterfront area of downtown Norfolk with Nauticus (Battleship Wisconsin) on tour and various shopping in MacArthur Center — the downtown mall.

Emergency and health services are offered in the community by the state of the art Sentera Health Care systems and hospitals in the area. Bon Secour Hampton Roads Health System offers services in the area as well and offers numerous clinics and emergency services for the local residents. The city of Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation have programs for residents of the community — many of which are offered at a very reasonable cost — if not free!! The city offers trash collection to the residents through the Waste Management Division at no cost to the residents. Virginia Beach is the first city in Virginia to earn the distinction of "A Certified Crime Prevention Community". This special award was presented to the city during the 23rd Annual Virginia Crime Prevention Association Conference. The City of Virginia Beach has 19 Fire Stations, 12 of which share facilities with Rescue Squads. A variety of community services such as safety seat inspections, blood pressure checks and station tours are delivered to citizens and visitors on a daily basis. The Virginia Beach City Public Schools is a school division focused on ensuring every student masters the skills they need to succeed as 21st century learners, workers and citizens.

We cannot forget about the sports! Virginia Beach Sportsplex is located centrally in the City and is the location of multiple regional soccer tournaments, concerts and other community events. Norfolk is home to the "Tides" that play in Harbour Park. The Tides are the AAA team for the Baltimore Orioles and the break between innings are just as much fun as game. If baseball is not your sport maybe you prefer hockey. With the Admirals hockey games at the Scope there is bound to be excitement!
