How does it work?
1. Contact the Home Advantage Program Coordinator
You will be matched with a local real estate expert who will provide professional guidance through every step of your transaction. In order to receive the cash reward, you must notify the program coordinator that you are with a company who is participating in the Home Advantage Program prior to any contact with a realtor.
2. Buy or sell a home and/OR BOTH!
Earn TWO cash rewards if you buy and sell. The Home Advantage Program may be used as many times and as often as you like, for vacation homes, investment properties and land purchase and sales, anywhere in the world!
3. Collect CASH BACK after closing
If you're an employer we make it easy to offer your employees this cash back benefit.
