*Cash back bonus is not available in all states, however, the assistance provided by the Home Advantage Coordinator is available nationwide.

*The incentive is based on a standard 6% real estate commission, evenly split between the listing and selling broker. If the actual commission is different than the normal commission rate, the incentive will reflect a similar adjustment.
