Your HMS Home Warranty limits our unplanned expenditures---you pay a standard deductible per service call, per trade agent, on the covered portion of the claim.

SAVE MONEY:

  • When something breaks, your expense is limited to a a reasonable deductible. HMS pays the cost of covered repairs. You know, in advance, how much each repair will cost. And, there's no limit on the number of claims you can make.
  • For claims, if the covered item is not repairable, HMS will replace with a new comparable appliance or system regardless of age!
