Thank you for visiting my web page. You could say I came into this business through the back door, the family entrance. After 37 years of military transfers, my parents chose the Hampton Roads area as the place to finally lay down some roots. My mother, Kay Balzer, decided to join the real estate industry. When you move as often as we did you develop a deep compassion and understanding for what a person goes through when they decide to move. Mom was a natural, her love of houses and her passion for people combined to make her a great agent. It was by her example that I learned how to take care of each client and care for, above all else, their wants and needs. Now that the torch has been passed it has become my goal to help you reach yours, with the same care and understanding that my mom applied to every home sale.
