Since 1978, Susan and her husband, Howard, have been helping families just like yours buy and sell homes throughout the South Hampton Roads area.
Susan's many years of success in real estate is a result of the personal attention she gives each of her clients, helping them through the home buying and selling process. As one client said, " We never had to worry about anything. Susan did all of our worrying for us and solved any problems with ease."
A consistent award winner, Susan has won recognition in the real estate community by serving as past president of the local real estate association and serving on state association committees. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Hampton Roads Realtor Association.
Susan was awarded the Code of Ethics award, Realtor of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, the Diamond Award, and the 25 year Circle of Excellence award by the local Realtor's association, as well as William E. Wood and Associates President's Club award and William E. Wood and Associates's Top 50 list.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Hampton Roads Association of Realtors, she is also is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and a graduate of Radford College (now Radford University).
