Since 1978, Susan and her husband, Howard, have been helping families just like yours buy and sell homes throughout the South Hampton Roads area.
Susan's many years of success in real estate is a result of the personal attention she gives each of her clients, helping them through the home buying and selling process. A consistent award winner, she has won recognition in the real estate community by serving as past president of the local real estate association and serving on state association committees.
Susan was awarded the Code of Ethics award, Realtor of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, and the Diamond Award by the local Realtor's association, as well as William E. Wood and Associates President's Club award and William E. Wood and Associates's annual Top 50 list.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Hampton Roads Association of Realtors, she is also is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute and an Accredited Buyer's Represtative, and a graduate of Radford College (now Radford University).
