Since 1978, Susan and her husband, Howard, have been helping families just like yours buy and sell homes throughout the South Hampton Roads area.
Susan's many years of success in real estate is a result of the personal attention she gives each of her clients, helping them through the home buying and selling process. As one client said, " We never had to worry about anything. Susan did all of our worrying for us and solved any problems with patience and ease."
A consistent award winner, Susan has won recognition in the real estate community by serving as past president of the Portsmouth/Chesapeake Board of Realtors and serving on committees of the Virgina Association of Realtors. She recently completed her term on the Executive Committee of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.
Susan has been honored with the Code of Ethics, Realtor of the Year, and Salesperson of the Year awards from the Portsmouth/Chesapeake Board of Realtors.
The Hampton Roads Realtors Association awards include the 25 year Circle of Excellence award, as well as Realtor Salesperson of the Year award for 2009.
William E. Wood and Associates' recognition includes membership in the President's Club, and William E. Wood and Associates' Top 50 list.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, Susan is also is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and a graduate of Radford College (now Radford University).
