About Me

When considering who you want to represent you in your real estate transaction, you will need background information. The transaction is very enjoyable when you work with someone that you enjoy. So, thank you for coming here to learn a little about me. You will then learn how using me as your Realtor is to your Advantage.

I have been a resident of Hampton Roads for 36 years and have enjoyed the many benefits of living in this great area. The military brought my family here in 1970, and I enjoyed attending one of the best school systems in the country. I love the outdoors and revel in horse-back riding every chance that I get. Having the beach nearby and the mountains within a few hours drive make Hampton Roads the place that I will always call home.

I obtained my degree in International Affairs from James Madison University and my Masters degree in International Relations from Old Dominion University. Prior to my career as a Realtor®, I enjoyed 13 years as a customer service professional in the container shipping industry. I am a member of the Community Emergency Response Team and serve on the board of my Civic League. Further, I am a member of Wycliffe Presbyterian Church.

Due to my customer service background, I am sensitive to returning calls and replying to emails promptly. Therefore, I will be in regular communication with you as we move along the process of buying or selling. In addition, I am an effective negotiator and work very well with other agents. These skills are important when it comes to discussing and establishing terms of a contract. Finding the right home to buy or selling your home are some of the most important activities in your life. You should only be involved with an agent that you can trust. I will be honored to work for you in all of your real estate needs. With me, you will have an agent with the determination and ability to help you fulfill your goals.

My clients have consistently said that I made the process of buying or selling their home easier than they could have expected. The key to achieving that standard is thorough consideration of the market, a multi-level marketing strategy that works, and keeping the goals of my client at the heart of the transaction.
