	What are the program restrictions?
Must sign an exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement with Tom Hiller at William E. Wood & Assoc.
Sales commission paid to selling firm at closing must be at least 2.5% of final sales price.
This program cannot be used:
	In combination with any other incentive program.
	When referral fees are due to any other brokerage or referral firm.
